Most of our community is well aware that we have never created a “Road Map” in the traditional sense. To be quite honest, we dislike the word immensely. It sounds much too ‘set in stone’. We’ve always however, been in the mind set of striving towards consistency and completing and celebrating our significant milestones and achievements.

We build, we create, and we accomplish.

The NFT space is a continuously and rapidly evolving beast and one that requires teams and projects to be able to constantly build and quickly pivot. We believe that milestones imply flexibility and a sense of true success upon completion and therefore, this is how we shall refer to our accomplishments and the tasks we hope to achieve in the future.

Now, it is well known that we are not a team that will promise the earth and fail to deliver it. Instead, we have always tried to remain consistent, opting for a more organic and natural approach to project growth and development.

As you will read a little further on, we’ve completed many of the milestones we’ve set out to accomplish and more! There are some things we have tried, some things that have worked, and others that we have diverted from, but in doing so, we have learned a great deal.

You can read a little about what we’ve done so far, despite many of these achievements not being advertised in the article ahead.

It is entirely understandable that there are also many who wish to have a clear picture of where the project began and the direction we are heading into the future.

So without further adieu, here is our to do list followed by some of our completed milestones…

We aren’t those who like to blow smoke up our own, if you know what we mean, but we have completed a number of noteworthy achievements that we are extremely proud of as a team and as a community although never initially planned as milestones.

It was a bumpy ride in the beginning, but we certainly believe that our community has come out on top! Let’s take a look at some of our noteworthy achievements…

Perhaps most importantly, it must be noted that the creation of the Tribe Odyssey collection was never one of our milestones. Instead, we saw both an opportunity and a need and created something for the community based on what we saw was required, a collection that was entirely original.

And thus, Tribe Odyssey was born, a unique and undeniably distinguished collection sporting the most badass 4K artwork in the NFT space!

We want to reinforce that our focus is on growing the community in a manner that best aligns to project longevity. In order to achieve this a significant amount of due diligence and stringent selection criteria must be met and adhered to in order to ensure that all Tribe Alliance members selected are aligned to our core communities values and expectations — in other words we have no intention in engaging pump and dump influencers that abandon the community.

The Tribe team is more than aware that we have arguably the most enthusiastic, passionate, and talented community in the entire NFT space! With this in mind, and with Halloween just around the corner, we thought why not play dress up?!

In true Halloween spirit and following on from the excitement surrounding our first annual cosplay contest, our super festive team decided to create this badass jack-o’-lantern themed add-on for our TRIBΞ and 0xApe community!

… #TRIBΞ has taken up residence!

As we have spoken about previously, the NFT space is ever changing and rapidly evolving. Recognizing this in the early stages of growth and development we made certain to diversify, investing in a number of promising projects with applications in the avenues of gaming and uses in the greater Metaverse.

As well as our continued representation in Decentraland, our project also has land purchases in NFT Worlds, and Arcade Land and in fact, we are currently going through the application process with Arcade land in order to have Tribe Odyssey NFTs added to their exciting new mobile gaming app! Users NFTs are represented as a pixelated character able to explore, create, play, and earn in the largest game world built in the Metaverse!

With all this in mind, our plan is to continue to diversify, build, further develop, and utilize ‘lands’ in a way that will provide benefits and accessibility exclusive to all 0xApe and Tribe Odyssey holders in the future.

Merchandise has always been on the horizon and is something we have planned on rolling out for quite some time. Obviously, our focus for a substantial period was in executing the seamless launch of our Tribe Odyssey collection. Since achieving the successful delivery of Tribe Odyssey the team has continued to build and has been pushing hard to accomplish several important milestones.

This brings us to our Merchandise line. That Tribal Drip! Probably the most talked about milestone and one the community is most excited to get their hands on! As we have stated previously, our goal is to deliver a relatively small but synchronized streetwear collection with a focus on quality and attention to detail. We are leaning towards the inclusion of a couple of unique pieces that may be released in our first drop also. Absolute fire!

As a team it was decided early on that the collection would not be taking the dropshipping route on the ‘usual’ generic cut textiles as a point of difference and quality control is of the utmost importance. In full transparency, we must admit that we have faced some logistical issues with our factory but we are more than excited to say that these issues are in the final stages of resolution!

Nothing is going to be more degen than representing the community in official Tribal threads and this is one roll out that we absolutely cannot wait for!

As was the case with our Tribal Drip, it has always been our intention to launch a boots on the ground marketing campaign. Now that our Tribe Odyssey collection has successfully launched the time is upon us! In true guerilla/ape fashion we will have wheat-posters hitting the concrete jungle of New York City. This type of marketing is unconventional and out of the box relying on personal interaction and connection.

Our intention is to market to potential consumers by flooding the streets in a sea of tribal red, the perfect contrast against the gritty urban landscape, it’s a match made in heaven! Deployed in the right fashion, we hope to garner a significant amount of attention.

As we have mentioned previously, a tremendous amount of thought and discussion went into this decision and we believe it is in the best interest of the community and the growth and development of the project moving forward to have the claim period come to a close thus cementing the total supply of the Tribe Odyssey collection. Well as we stated in Part I, there has certainly been a lot to unpack over the past few weeks as Tribe has continued to press forward and tackle significant milestones! In this portion of the update alone We have presented a number of milestones we hope to achieve in the coming months and have revisited not only some significant planned accomplishments but also numerous achievements that both the team and the community are extremely proud of but were entirely unplanned!

Amongst the tumultuousness experienced everyday in the NFT space, we have managed to hone our focus as a community and as a team, continuing to forge a path towards success. We have both maintained and created new strategic partnerships and have introduced further value adding and unique forward thinking utility. Amongst all this, we have unveiled some of the latest heavy hitters to join our star studded and newly formed Tribe Alliance! Our reach continues to expand!

As always, we want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to each every single 0xApe and Tribe member out there. Each and every one of you has not only shown us the meaning of community, but has offered us 110% of their support and trust, backing us and the process entirely.
