There is a God. Yes, God is real and I can feel Him in my heart.

According to the dictionary the word ‘certain’ means known for sure or established beyond doubt. I like things to be certain in my life with no maybe, but I know that that isn’t always possible.

Most certain in life is that there is a God. The Bible supports this theory. My suggestion is that you read your Bible and learn about God. There is no doubt about it and He works miracles in my life. If you have any doubt, just read the Bible and learn.

On the other hand, there are some things that drive me crazy like baseball. I always wanted to be a good hitter so I did my homework and learned all the basics.

When I step into the batter’s box all the basics race through my mind. Don’t worry about the color of the pitcher’s eyes or hair. Keep your eye on the ball. Be aware of timing. Bingo! I’m ready to hit the ball, or so I thought.

The umpire looked at a fast traveling baseball from the catcher’s shoulder. But he doesn’t always make the right call. The last pitch sailed wide, way off the plate and he called it a strike. The fans booed. If you want to get thrown out of the game argue with the ump.

Just like in life, there are some no-win situations in baseball that we can do nothing about. Sometimes the world is unfair. Learn to live with them and move on.
