Commit for One Month to One Goal and See Your Life Change

A nasty word is not commitment.

Neither is making a commitment a risky endeavor that you should avoid at all costs. However, many people equate the word “committing” with things like relationships, phobias, procrastination, and fear of failing.

Humans have a natural combination of caution, bravery, and defiance.

But what if I told you that you could eat the vitamin of commitment in little doses, and that once you learn about its vital ingredients, you will never flee again?

How can you believe what I’m telling you?

I’ll describe my straightforward experiences completing two goals for 30 and 45 days, respectively, along with the life-changing outcomes I experienced.

You will either succeed or give up when faced with a challenge.

However, one thing remains constant throughout life: we have choices, regardless of how we like to stay away from liability and guarantee we didn’t have a decision.

Keep in mind that choosing not to is still a choice.

It’s possible that not all of our choices are ideal or viable; Despite this, we will always have the option to choose, and one cannot choose without options.

The logical thing to do whenever we encounter challenging circumstances is to investigate our options and consider the most effective approach.

We make decisions every day, whether consciously or unconsciously, even if there are times when we don’t have much time for thoughtful reflection.

No reasonable adult gets up every day and negotiates whether they should brush their teeth or defer doing so for two days.Instead, you are aware that you have already decided to clean your mouth every day, as if it were on autopilot.

Your caregivers taught you how to make a commitment to your oral health as a child, and that commitment has grown as you’ve aged.

As a result, you follow the rules and brush your teeth every day.

Commitment to other aspects of your life is the same.

Why a month?
